Terms and how it works
The essentials, in plain language.
The subscription
One flat monthly fee. Pause or cancel anytime.
One active request at a time. Add as many as you like to the queue; we work them one by one, in the order you set.
Most requests land within ~48h, counted on business days; small edits often faster. Larger projects (a full site, a full product) are split into milestones with a timeline agreed up front.
Once a request goes active, its brief is locked: no edits or additions while we work. Anything new becomes a new request in your queue.
When we deliver, ask for as many changes as you want: unlimited revision rounds. The request stays active until you approve it.
Pause and cancel
Pause anytime. Your remaining days are banked and credited to you when you resume. You can keep adding briefs to your Backlog while paused; the queue just waits for you.
On resume, we pick your queue back up within 24h on business days.
Cancel anytime. You keep board access until the end of your paid period, then it’s archived. Delivered files are yours to keep.

Scope
Product (UI/UX), web design & build (Framer), brand and brand assets (decks, PDFs, presentations). Not included: motion and video, 3D, packaging and print.
We design apps end-to-end (dev-ready Figma files) and we build websites ourselves in Framer, including Shopify integrations and custom code components. Native app and backend development aren’t part of the subscription.
Copywriting isn’t part of Yumi either. We design around the words you bring. Claude can help you draft them, but they’re yours.
Good to know
Capacity is deliberately capped so every client gets senior, hands-on work. If you cancel and come back, you may wait for an opening.
One subscription covers one company and up to two people briefing. Need more seats or a second company? Just ask.
